Analisis Kesiapan Infrastruktur Desa Pesisir Dalam Mendukung Program Smart Village:Studi Kasus Desa Leppe, Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe
Abstrak
Leppe Village in Konawe Regency has social and natural resource potential to be developed as an assisted village under Halu Oleo University (UHO), yet limited basic infrastructure and low digital utilization remain major challenges in realizing a Smart Village. This study aims to describe the existing condition of village infrastructure, assess its readiness toward Smart Village implementation, and formulate development strategies using a SWOT-based approach. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through field observation, interviews, secondary data collection, and thematic analysis across six key sectors: transportation, energy, clean water and sanitation, digital and telecommunications, social infrastructure, and community readiness. The results indicate that Leppe Village is at a moderate readiness level, with electricity and digital network availability as its primary strengths. Meanwhile, sanitation, road conditions, public facilities, and technological literacy remain weaknesses. The formulated strategies include improving basic infrastructure, strengthening digital literacy, developing technology-based services, and preparing a five-year Smart Village roadmap.
